Infrastructural Solutions
We shall build more advanced cities, with waste from the old. — kintsukuroi
Rapt's Infrastructural Solutions Division develops and refines what societies depend upon — civil, geotechnical, and environmental components, plans, and the processes behind them. We deliver the corresponding goods and services with uncompromising quality, keen innovation, and devotion to the communities those systems sustain.
Infrastructural developments include water, energy, transportation, and agriculture — the flows, currents, routes, and fields a civilization cannot do without — cultivated through urban design, construction, and architecture into lasting public works.
Methodology
Rapt brings together domain experts from urban sustainability, city planning, local public and private infrastructure providers, asset management, and infrastructure investment communities with statisticians, data scientists, mathematicians, economists, computer scientists, and artificial intelligence/machine learning experts to share ideas, best practices, and opportunities.
The scope of Rapt's services can span from re-imagining the screw to city planning.
Public Investment in Infrastructure
Rapt welcomes every serious commitment to infrastructure — reform, renewal, and the patient work of building systems that endure. Where public investment aligns with sustainable materials, accountable engineering, and the communities those systems serve, we intend to participate fully.
That commitment takes many forms worldwide: the United States' Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and Inflation Reduction Act; the European Union's Global Gateway, European Green Deal, and trans-European energy and transport frameworks; China's Belt and Road Initiative, with its growing weight in clean energy and connectivity; the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — especially resilient infrastructure and innovation (SDG 9); continental and national programs such as the African Union's Agenda 2063 and India's National Infrastructure Pipeline; and the multilateral institutions that finance them — the World Bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and regional development banks. Rapt will pursue partnerships, procurement, and projects wherever such frameworks open a path toward our mission.
