Manufacturing is recycling. Humans do not create materials out of thin air. Everything we make is made from preexisting resources. We as a species can and should do a better job at choosing and managing the resources available to us.

Rapt means transported with emotion, and that is the approach of this company. We aim to manufacture products with profound compassion and keen intellect.
Humankind has learned to etch economies into the vanishingly small—silicon lattices, molecular machines, thresholds where matter begins to behave like probability. We have also raised whole civilizations into the sky and under the sea—towers of steel and glass, cables that stitch continents, probes that carry our appetite for scale beyond the atmosphere. Rapt will not shy away from the vast amount of manufacturing humankind undertakes. We respect it. We effloresce with it.
Recycled materials are manufactured like anything else is manufactured. Learn. Teach.
Recycling prevents pollution, reduces the need to harvest new raw materials, saves energy, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, saves money, reduces waste in landfills, and allows products to be used to their fullest extent.
Recyclable materials include glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, textiles, batteries, and electronics. Composting and reuse of biodegradable waste is also recycling. Rapt considers this the basics.
If you have read thus far, you have probably realized our answer is everything — try us. Nuclear waste and things normally sequestered; it would give us glee to humanely bring beauty back to it.
Not today. Not from us. Rapt is in the business of improvement. We understand the urgency of sustainable practices, but by no means believe it is conducive for a business to create a product inferior in quality to its competition.
